We are the High-Performance Computing and Systems at Oregon State (HiPCastor) group, affiliated with the School of EECS at Oregon State University.
Our members focus on various aspects of systems and HPC research, including distributed systems, serverless computing, computer architecture, operating systems, systems for machine learning, virtualization; and emerging inter-disciplinary applications that leverage advanced cyberinfrastructure. Like the OSU mascot beaver (genus Castor), we love to build real things (and systems).
OSU is the future home of the Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex. The complex will harness one of the nation’s most powerful supercomputers and a cleanroom to advance research and learning in artificial intelligence, robotics and materials science.
We are looking for passionate new PhD students, undergrads, and Masters students to join the team!
